Sometimes shopping can present some challenges - finding our way around, looking for a specific store, searching for a money machine, or even looking for a lost child!  Where do we go for assistance? 

Centre Place has a Customer Service Desk, which is conveniently located on the ground level beside Stirling Sports.  Friendly staff are available at all times during the Centre's normal opening hours and are trained to assist you with enquiries, directions, community and transport information, lost and found (including kids!).

• on the ground floor down the corridor opposite Equip.

Our parent rooms are child friendly spaces designed for your parental convenience. They are equipped with microwaves, bottle warmers, change tables and screened seated areas for your feeding privacy. Centre Place's parent room on Victoria Street is equipped with an adult and child’s toilet, designer furniture just the right size for your little ones and a television screening all of their favourite programmes from Bob the Builder to The Wiggles.  These warm, clean, child friendly environments are supplied by us, just for you.

Centre Place's Victoria Street parent’s room is located in on the ground floor, down the corridor between the foodcourt and Stirling Sports.
