Centre Place – Father’s Day ‘Race to Win’ Promotion

 Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The Promoter of this competition is Kiwi Property Group Limited, Level 7 Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1140, hereby trading as Centre Place Shopping Centre.

 

  1. The name of this promotion is ‘Race to Win’.

 

  1. The promotion will run from Thursday 30 August 2018 at 9:00am NZDT – Sunday 2 September 2018 at 5:00pm NZDT (the promotional period).

 

  1. Entry is open to NZ residents excluding Centre Place staff, retailers, employees, and immediate family members (any spouse, child, defacto or any other family member residing at the same address as that person).

 

  1. To be eligible to participate in this promotion, you must be 142cm or taller and the entry form must be completed correctly in all respects prior to taking part in the promotion.

 

  1. There is one prize to be won – 1x $200 Centre Place gift card. The winner of the prize will be the person who produces the fastest lap time over the promotional period.

 

  1. In the event of a draw, the winning prize will be split between the winners.

 

  1. Winner(s) will be notified by phone on Monday 3 September.

 

  1. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw, the winner(s) will forfeit the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

 

  1. Winner(s) must present valid photo identification upon collecting their prize.

 

  1. Customers can enter the competition multiple times over the promotional period, but is limited to once a day.

 

  1. This prize is not exchangeable, transferable and cannot be split or otherwise altered.

 

  1. Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance and agreement of all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this promotion.

 

  1. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

  1. The Promoter reserve the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.

 

  1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law.

 

  1. All entries remain the property of Centre Place Shopping Centre. All personal information will be collected and stored by Centre Place Shopping Centre in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 other than in conjunction with clause 3 above. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993 by emailing update@kp.co.nz

 

  1. By entering this promotion entrants consent to receiving communications by the Promoter through the nominated contact details provided by the entrant.
