Our friendly Customer Service Desk team are here to help you.  The desk is open during normal trading hours and is located on the ground level opposite Lovisa and next to Factorie.

Our team can provide you with a wide range of helpful information including Gift Card sales, and the loan of wheelchairs and pushchairs.

Our parents’ rooms are child friendly spaces designed for your convenience. They are equipped with microwaves, bottle warmers, toddler toilets, change tables and screened seated areas for your feeding privacy. All parents and caregivers are welcome.

Parents’ rooms are located:

• in the amenities area down the corridor next to Factorie by the Customer Service desk
• in the amenities area down the corridor next to Stevens

Please feel free to breastfeed your baby anywhere in the centre, however, if you’d like somewhere more private, we welcome you to use our parents’ rooms.

Our toilets are located:

• on the ground floor down the corridor next to Factorie
• on the ground floor down the corridor next to Stevens

All of our bathrooms have accessible toilets.

Giving all of our customers the opportunity to shop, dine and be entertained is important to us. We have a separate accessible bathroom in each of our toilet areas, as well as dedicated accessibility parks.

Our accessible parks are located by all of our main entrances to the centre, including 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A levels in our Bryce Street carpark building, which all have lift access.

Cars parked in clearly marked accessible parks without an appropriate permit are liable to be ticketed.
