Pawtrait For a Purpose -Terms and Conditions

By participating in Centre Place’s Pawtrait for a Purpose photography, you agree to these terms and conditions:

  1. The “promoter” of this competition is Kiwi Property Group Limited, Level 7 Vero Centre, 48 Shortland St, Auckland, 1010. Phone number: 093594000
  2. The name of this “promotion” is Pawtrait for a Purpose In-centre promotion
  3. Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance and agreement of all of these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this promotion.
  4. This activation is for Pets and their owners or caregivers.  No Santa will be on site to feature in the Pawtrait.
  5. The promotions opening hours are as follows:
  6. Saturday 5 December 2026: 10am – 1pm
  7. Sunday 6 December 2026: 10 – 1pm
  8. Saturday 12 December 2026: 10am – 1pm
  9. Sunday 13 December 2026: 10am – 1pm
  10. Saturday 19 December 2026: 10am – 1pm
  11. Sunday 20 December 2026:10am – 1pm
  12. If you are attending our Pawtrait for a Purpose photo session, please access the Centre Place Shopping Centre through the Victoria Street entry.
  13. Please arrive at the Pawtrait store located opposite Whitcoulls 5 minutes prior to your session time and wait outside of the store.
  14. Please wait until one of our photography staff greets you and allows you entry to the pet photography set-up in your given time slot.
  15. At the conclusion of your photography session, please exit the shopping centre via the Victoria Street exit.
  16. As each session time is 10 minutes, please ensure that you arrive in time for your session as a missed booking will not be rescheduled.
  17. You are welcome to dress-up your pet and bring your own treats to help get their attention.
  18. Unfortunately, your pet Arachnid is unable to attend or any pet over 50kgs.
  19. Pets must be brought into the centre on a lead or in a cage.
  20. Owners must be responsible for their pet/s at all times.
  21. Owners must bring waste disposal bags to clean up after their pet if required. Please note that waste is prohibited from being placed in the bins in-centre or in the underground car park.
  22. We will attempt to keep to your booking time, however, if you do have to wait, your patience is appreciated.
  23. In the event that any animal exhibits aggressive behaviour, we will ask that they be removed from the centre.
  24. As this is a fundraising campaign for Pet Refuge, we ask that you DO NOT take your own photos

  26. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are: Centre Place.
  27. We make every effort to deliver the event as advertised. However, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the event temporarily or permanently for any reason outside of our control.
  28. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledges this. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the promotion.
  29. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.
  30. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law. The promoter, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result to entering this promotion.
  31. All entries remain the property of Kiwi Property. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.  By entering this promotion, unless otherwise stated, each entrant agrees that the promoter may a) use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  32. The promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However, the promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. The entrant provides their information to the promoter.
