Terms & Conditions

  2. The name of this “promotion” is Centre Place Crack the Code
  3. Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance and agreement of all of these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this promotion.
  4. Eligibility: You must be over 18 years of age
  5. Participation in this game is free
  6. The promotion commences at 6am on Monday 11 May 2026
  7. Crack the Code is a free word game where players are required to guess a five-letter word in 5 attempts
  8. Attempts will be visualised with colour-coded feedback (Blue: The letter is in the wrong place, Red: The letter is present and in the correct Place, Grey: incorrect letter.
  9. Guesses must be recognised words.
  10. Words are chosen randomly
  11. Crack The Code game dates will be detailed on the website.
  12. HOW TO PLAY
  13. To play this game, during the Promotional Period:
    1. Visit the Centre Place website at wwwcentreplace.co.nz and click on the tab called CRACK THE CODE.
    2. On the dates advertised the Crack the Code puzzle will be ready for use

  1. Your word puzzle Crack The Code will be visualised and ready for use.
  2. Play the game by following the prompts on the screen and guess your way to the correct word
  3. You will know you have cracked the Code when all letters turn red.
  4. You will receive a pop-up window to say you have CRACKED IT. Once the correct word is guessed a form will appear asking you to enter your contact details to enter the prize draw.
  1. PRIZES AND WINNERS
    1. Solve the puzzle and enter your details to go in the draw to win the game of the weeks prize.
    2. Winners will be chosen at random at the conclusion of the weeks the game is played in.
    3. Prizes include the following: hot or cold beverages from Jamaica Blue and Theobroma Chocolate Lounge, movies from Metro by Hoyts and Lido Cinemas and dinners from Daikoku, Mediterranean Kitchen, Nandos, Flying Burrito Brothers.
    4. Prizes are not redeemable for cash
  2. Once a prize has been redeemed by the Winner, the Winner acknowledges that the Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Crack the Code promotion is final and binding.
  3. All winners must be over 18 years of age to play and redeem the Crack The Code prize, and the Promoter has the right to request a proof of age identification to verify the age of the winner, such as a valid and current Driver’s License or Passport.
  4. The price value of each prize is in NZ Dollars.
  5. Coffee valued at $8 incl GST. Movie Tickets valued at $22 incl GST, Dinner valued at $50 incl GST.
  6. A validation email will be sent to the winner of each prize.
  7. HOW TO REDEEM
    1. Randomly chosen winners will be notified of their winning entry
    2. Randomly chosen winners will be notified of how to collect their voucher that will carry the prize of the week.
    3. Each voucher will display the name/s of the retailers where prizes can be redeemed.
    4. The randomly chosen winner must present the voucher to the retailer of their choice where the prize can be redeemed.
    5. Centre Place retailers will take the voucher and in return deliver the prize as stated on the voucher.
    6. Each voucher will carry an expiry date and thereafter the prizes will no longer be valid.

CRACK THE CODE PRIZE CONDITIONS

  1. Coffees: This voucher is valid for one hot or cold beverage up to the value of $8 incl GST.

The vouchers will expire on the given date of the voucher.  Other terms and conditions as shown on the voucher apply. Valid for use at Jamaica Blue Hamilton in Centre Place and Theobroma Chocolate Lounge, Centre Place,only.

  1. Movie tickets: Metro by Hoyts – This voucher is valid for two admissions only. This ticket does not guarantee a reserved seat. Seating is subject to availability at the time of redemption. This ticket is valid until the date shown on the voucher. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. This ticket may not be sold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer. Standard film classifications apply. Valid for use at Metro by Hoyts Centre Place only.
  2. Movie tickets: Lido Cinemas – Centre Place.  This voucher is valid for two admissions only. This ticket does not guarantee a reserved seat. Seating is subject to availability at the time of redemption.  This ticket is valid until the date shown on the voucher. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. This ticket may not be sold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer. Standard film classifications apply. Valid for use at Lido Cinemas Centre Place only.
  3. Dinner Voucher: Daikoku, Mediterranean Kitchen, Nandos, Flying Burrito Brothers – This voucher is valid for dinner up to and including the value of $50 incl GST. This voucher does not guarantee a reserved seat. Seating is subject to availability at the time of redemption. This voucher is valid until the date shown on the voucher. This voucher is not redeemable for cash. This voucher may not be sold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer.
  4. UNCLAIMED CRACK THE CODE PRIZES
  5. Crack The Code prizes can be claimed no later than the expiry detailed on the voucher. Any Crack the Code prizes that have been won but remain unclaimed will not be refunded or the vouchers validity extended.

GENERAL

  1. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are Centre Place
  2. Persons excluded from entering this promotion are staff and contractors of the Promoter, any participating sponsors, retailers and staff members from any participating centre, and their associated agencies and companies, and their immediate family members.
  3. Indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for non-receipt for any reason of an entry.
  4. The prizes are not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash. If, for any reason, outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter, the prize is unable to be supplied, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater cash value.
  5. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.
  6. The winner is responsible for all other costs related to the prize
  7. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
  8. Any failure by the winner to comply with the conditions imposed by the Promoter may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.
  10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law. The Promoter, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result to entering this promotion. This includes but is not limited to any fuel, internet, or mobile service or function used to enter and/or interact with this promotion.
  11. To the extent that is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied regarding the quality or suitability of any prize awarded as part of this promotion and will not be responsible for breach for such representations or warranties.
  12. All entries remain the property of Kiwi Property Group Limited. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy which can be found at Privacy policy – Kiwi Property. Any entrant has the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020 by emailing update@kp.co.nz. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise stated, each participant agrees that the Promoter may use the participant’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy.
  13. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However, the promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. The entrant provides their information to the Promoter.
  14. By entering this promotion entrants consent to receiving communications by the Promoter through the nominated contact details provided by the entrant. These communications include but are not limited to future campaigns, research, marketing of events and offers, and surveying.
