Terms and Conditions

 

  1. The “Promoter” of this competition is Kiwi Property Group Limited, Level 7 Vero Centre, 48 Shortland St, Auckland, 1010. Phone number: 093594000
  2. The name of this “promotion” is Centre Place Matariki Moments
  3. Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance and agreement of all of these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this promotion.
  4. The promotion commences at 11am Wednesday 8 July 2026 and ends at 3pm Thursday 16th July 2026 or while stocks last. The movie and F.U.N. Zone vouchers are valid for the period shown on the vouchers. The Glotron vouchers are valid from 8th – 16th July 2026. The McDonalds vouchers and the Lollyshop vouchers are valid for the period shown on the vouchers.
  5. HOW TO RECEIVE TICKETS AND VOUCHERS
  6. To receive vouchers and tickets during the Promotion Period:
    1. Visit the Centre Place Matariki activation area located outside The Athletes Foot. Snap a photo of yourself or a member of your party at the photo wall, upload your photo to your socials and tag @centreplace. Choose one of the 9 Matariki stars and our staff will reveal your surprise.
    2. Dates of the activation are from 11am Wednesday 8th July until 3pm Thursday 16th July 2026.
    3. The opening hours of the photo wall are 11am until 3pm daily.
  7. Movie vouchers, Fun Zone vouchers, and Glotron are only valid for children 15 years and under. McDonald’s vouchers and Lolly shop vouchers are valid for all people.
  8. Once a surprise has been received the receiver acknowledges that the Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Matariki Moments promotion is final and binding. Refunds will not be provided.
  9. Each individual is entitled to one (1) qualifying entry and one (1) prize only for the duration of the promotion.
  10. Multiple posts from the same person will not be eligible for additional prizes, even if submitted via different social media accounts, devices, or email addresses.
  11. Posts must be submitted in good faith. Any attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or exploit the entry process (including repeated photo uploads to obtain multiple rewards) will result in all entries being deemed invalid.
  12. Winners are only open to visitors to Centre Place Shopping Centre. All winners must be over 18 years of age to receive and redeem the vouchers from supporting retailers, those being McDonald’s and the Lollyshop and tickets from Metro by Hoyts, Lido Cinemas, Centre Place, Fun Zone and Glotron, and the Promoter has the right to request a proof of age identification to verify the age of the winner, such as a valid and current Driver’s License or Passport. Users of the movie tickets and Fun Zone and Glotron vouchers must be 15 years and under. The vouchers from McDonald’s and Lollyshop are available for all ages.

HOW TO REDEEM

  1. To redeem the voucher and tickets, the winner must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
    1. Present their ticket or voucher to the corresponding retail provider.
    2. The retail provider will take the voucher or ticket in return for the stipulated activity or product as indicated on the voucher or ticket.
    3. Movie vouchers are valid for use for the period shown on the voucher. Any unused passes at the end of the Promotion Period will be void. Customers must retain vouchers and or tickets as proof of winning. Failure to produce the proof of a voucher or ticket when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL customer passes and forfeiture of any right to vouchers.

MATARIKI MOMENTS CONDITIONS

  1. Child Metro by Hoyts Movie ticket: This voucher is valid for one admission only, up to 15 years of age, for all G, PG, and M movies. This ticket does not guarantee a reserved seat. Seating is subject to availability at the time of redemption and is not redeemable for Day Beds, D-Box, or LUX . This ticket is valid until the date shown in the voucher. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. This ticket may not be sold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer. Standard film classifications apply. Other terms and conditions as shown on the voucher apply. Valid for use at Metro by HOYTS Hamilton in Centre Place only.
  2. Child Lido Cinema, Centre Place Movie ticket: This voucher is valid for one admission only, up to 15 years of age, for all F, PG, and M movies. This ticket does not guarantee a reserved seat. Seating is subject to availability at the time of redemption This ticket is valid until the date shown in the voucher. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. This ticket may not be sold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer. Standard film classifications apply. Valid for use at Lido Cinema Centre Place only.
  3. Fun Zone: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Valid until date shown on voucher. This voucher will not be extended or replaced and is not redeemable for cash. This voucher may not be sold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer. Valid for use at Fun Zone Centre Place only, subject to venue capacity.
  4. Centre Place McDonald’s Voucher: The voucher is to be presented to McDonald’s Centre Place, to redeem. The voucher must be redeemed by 16th April 2026. This voucher will not be extended or replaced and is not redeemable for cash. This voucher may not be sold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer.
  5. LollyShop Voucher: The voucher is to be presented to Lollyshop Centre Place, to redeem. The voucher must be redeemed by 16th April 2026. This voucher will not be extended or replaced and is not redeemable for cash. This voucher may not be sold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer.

GENERAL

  1. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are Centre Place
  2. Persons excluded from entering this promotion are staff and contractors of the Promoter, any participating sponsors, retailers and staff members from any participating centre, and their associated agencies and companies, and their immediate family members.
  3. Indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for non-receipt for any reason of an entry.
  4. The Tickets and vouchers are made up of the following:

 

1 x Hoyts Child Movie ticket valued at $19.00

1 x Fun Zone Mini Gold voucher valued at $13.00

1 x Glotron child voucher valued at $15.50

1 x McDonald’s voucher value to be determined by the retailer

1 x LollyShop voucher value to be determined by the retailer.

 

  1. The vouchers and tickets will be available while stocks last and on a first-in, first-served basis. No holds will be permitted. The Promoter has no obligation to the entrant to provide the vouchers or tickets should the stocks of the Prize run out.
  2. The tickets and vouchers are not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash and there is a limit of one per customer.
  3. The ticket and voucher values are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in the value of the tickets or vouchers.
  4. The winner is responsible for all other costs related to the surprise prize. The prize contents are subject to additional terms and conditions of third-party suppliers.
  5. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
  6. Any failure by the winner to comply with the conditions imposed by the Promoter may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.
  8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law. The Promoter, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result to entering this promotion. This includes but is not limited to any fuel, internet, or mobile service or function used to enter and/or interact with this promotion.
  9. To the extent that is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied regarding the quality or suitability of any prize awarded as part of this promotion and will not be responsible for breach for such representations or warranties.
  10. All entries remain the property of Kiwi Property Group Limited. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy which can be found at Privacy policy – Kiwi Property. Any entrant has the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020 by emailing update@kp.co.nz. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise stated, each participant agrees that the Promoter may use the participant’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy.
  11. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However, the promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. The entrant provides their information to the Promoter.
  12. By entering this promotion entrants consent to receiving communications by the Promoter through the nominated contact details provided by the entrant. These communications include but are not limited to future campaigns, research, marketing of events and offers, and surveying.
