Terms and Conditions

  1. The “Promoter” of this competition is Kiwi Property Group Limited, Level 7 Vero Centre, 48 Shortland St, Auckland, 1010. Phone number: 093594000
  2. The name of this “promotion” is Centre Place Style Lounge
  3. Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance and agreement of all of these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this promotion.
  4. The promotion commences at 10am Friday 5 June 2026 and ends at 6pm Sunday 7 June 2026 or until appointments are full.
  5. Participation in this promotion is free.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate in this Promotion, during the Promotion Period:

1. Visit the Centre Place website at wwwcentreplace.co.nz and click on events and then the Style Lounge page.

2. Within this page is a book an appointment now link. This link will click through to a Timely calendar page, where participants will be able to login and book an appointment to participate in             an express personal styling appointment with the Centre Place Stylist. The Style Lounge booking system is only available online.

3. A confirmation email will be sent to the participant with the booking confirmation details. Present this email with photo ID at the appointed time at the Style Lounge to the resident Stylist.

4. Once a booking is made by the participant, the participant acknowledges that the Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Style Lounge promotion is final and binding.

5. There is a limit to the number of styling sessions available.

HOW TO REDEEM

1. To redeem the Style Lounge styling sessions, the participant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

2. Present their email confirmation, as provided by Timely, with photo ID to the stylist at the Style Lounge.

3. The booking confirmation for an express styling session is valid for use for the appointment period shown on the confirmation email. Any unused confirmed scheduled appointments will                 be void. Customers must retain email confirmation as proof of booking. Failure to produce the proof of the booking when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result                 in invalidation of the booking.

UNCLAIMED CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS

1. Any Style Lounge appointments that have been booked but remain unclaimed will not have the validity extended.

 GENERAL

  1. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are Centre Place
  2. Persons excluded from entering this promotion are staff and contractors of the Promoter, any participating sponsors, retailers and staff members from any participating centre, and their associated agencies and companies, and their immediate family members.
  3. Indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for non-receipt for any reason of an entry.
  4. The Style Lounge appointments are made up of One 20-minute style session and colour tonal advice with Centre Place’s resident Fashion Stylist.
  5. The Style Lounge appointments will be available until fully booked and on a first-in, first-served basis. No holds will be permitted. The Promoter has no obligation to the participant to provide the 20-munute styling session should appointments become fully booked.
  6. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
  7. Any failure by the participant to comply with the conditions imposed by the Promoter may result in the booked appointment being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.
  9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law. The Promoter, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result to entering this promotion. This includes but is not limited to any fuel, internet, or mobile service or function used to enter and/or interact with this promotion.
  10. To the extent that is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied regarding the quality or suitability of any prize awarded as part of this promotion and will not be responsible for breach for such representations or warranties.
  11. All entries remain the property of Kiwi Property Group Limited. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy which can be found at Privacy policy – Kiwi Property.
  12. Any entrant has the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020 by emailing update@kp.co.nz. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise stated, each participant agrees that the Promoter may use the participant’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy.
  13. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However, the promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. The entrant provides their information to the Promoter.
  14. By entering this promotion entrants consent to receiving communications by the Promoter through the nominated contact details provided by the entrant. These communications include but are not limited to future campaigns, research, marketing of events and offers, and surveying.
